I'm a 20-year-old girl living in Paris for the summer.

I also have another blog where I talk about stupid stuff that you want to follow.

I went here today.

Not to toot my own horn, but I think this is a far better shot than the usual “holding the Eiffel tower” shot. I mean, I think the beauty of the tower upstages my own, so I’m not even going to try to pose next to it.

Also, there are about a gazillion annoying guys trying to sell people teeny tiny Eiffel tower keychains for 5/€1. They hunt you down and shit, super creepy, and Katy taught me a new French phrase:

Laissez-moi tranquile! = Leave me alone!

In my opinion, it sounds far too polite when you’re trying to tell someone to piss off— note the use of “vous,” the polite “you,” and how there’s no “fuck” worked into it— but that’s French for you. After using this on them, they tend to respect you and leave you alone. Will use this next time a man tries to creep up on me.
